Founder - Joe Carr
Joe started his career in the Microsoft space in 2013 then the Salesforce and CPQ space in 2015, managing a large book of business before moving in-house to a Salesforce partner in 2018, helping the company organically grow to acquisition. He then joined a growing SaaS business, before founding Augmentum Group in 2025.
A lot of his clients are formerly people he’s placed who have gone on to set up their own businesses.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys outdoor activities, training (running, kickboxing, circuit training, rugby), cold water swims, and spending time with his growing family of 5 children.
Principal Recruiter - Matthew Boyle
Matthew began his career in the Retail space before joining a global IT Services organization in 2013. There he supported enterprise-level private and public sector clients across the UK.
He then joined a Technology Recruitment Consultancy in 2019, and focused helping SaaS businesses to scale, before joining Augmentum Group in 2026.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, and staying active through sport — whether playing or watching. He recently got married and owns a King Charles Spaniel, who keeps life busy beyond recruitment.
